Delft Startup Night 4
DCE and YES!Delft Students organize the fourth Delft Startup Night. The theme of the night is “A transition to Energy Independence”. With rising energy prices the economics of investing in renewables, storage and energy saving technologies has shifted dramatically. For the panel we have invited Tarnoc, Biosphere Solar and KitePower. Furthermore, a TU Delft Alumni who is active in this domain will share here knowledge.
After the panel, there will be pitches from two early stage startups. Both have received funding from the Faculty of Impact. Vibrotwist focusses on the novel method of installation of pile foundations for offshore windfarms, the founder is the founder is Stas Verichev. The other startup is Ore Energy, it focusses on the new methods of the energy storage (including the energy produced by offshore windfarms). The founder is Aytac Yilmaz.
The event will take place at the Green Village on TU Delft Campus.
This Delft Startup Night’s panel chair will be DCE’s Aleksander Giga. He will be leading the conversation.
It is the perfect moment for students to learn more about startups and energy transition in practice. There will be multiple opportunties to ask questions and we will close off the night with network drinks.
