A short History of 100 years Hordijk and the future of the business where lightweight materials are no longer used in single use applications. Future applications needs to contribute to a more sustainable area (Local recycled, converted and sold to a new customer, over and over again) We show during a factory tour the development of the production technology in the last 50 years. From hydraulic to fully electric. From Steam to High Frequent Wavefoamer technology with a different approach to Mold design. All participants can see, feel, and take part in this challenge to contribute to our new businesses with minimum emissions and spill.

In the weekend of May 6, we (the board of YES!Delft Students) will travel to Chicago together with 20 ambitious students. Here we will spend a week being inspired by the culture of Chicago.
The purpose of the trip is: to inspire students around Entrepreneurship and to go into business in Delft. We chose to go to Chicago because it is an emerging city in terms of entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the United States often offers a fascinating culture when it comes to funding and the start-up world is much more on the map than in the Netherlands. Therefore, this seemed a suitable location to get inspired and motivated to start your journey in the Netherlands.
